USDA Recalls 1,200 Pounds Of Ground Beef Because Of Possible E-Coli Contamination -DETAILS:

All American Meats, Inc., an Omaha, Neb. establishment, is recalling approximately 167,427 pounds of ground beef products that may be adulterated with E. coli O157:H7, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.

VADNAIS HEIGHTS, Minn. — The USDA says Ranchers Legacy Meat Company is recalling 1,200 pounds of ground beef because of possible E. coli contamination.

Inspectors found the suspected contamination during a routine inspection.

The products, including ground beef patties and ground chuck patties, have a “use by” date of Dec. 10, 2014, and carry the establishment number of “Est. 40264″ inside the USDA mark of inspection. Product was shipped all across the country. No illnesses have been reported.
