The Trooper, Billy Spears, is facing disciplinary action for taking a photo with the D.O-Double G.
Snoop posted the photo to Instagram during the South by Southwest Festival, with the caption “Me n my deputy dogg” ,according to the Dallas Morning News.
Reports say that Spears must undergo counseling for taking the photo with “a public figure who has a well-known criminal background,” according to a department counseling reprimand.
