ORANGE COUNTY, California — The car was driving the wrong way in traffic. According to the Calif. Highway Patrol, the driver sped through a parking lot, hitting shopping carts. The car was rammed by a patrol car but continued on.
The driver ran several red lights and made a u-turn through a median before surrendering.
No word on why the suspect fled or why he had a pro-cop message on the rear windshield.
