Suge Knight was taken to the hospital Monday morning during a court hearing. Knight told the Judge he was completely blind in one eye and only had 15 percent vision in his other.
He went on to say he has difficulty comprehending the court proceedings. Knight claims he has fired his Lawyers because he had suffered inadequate medical care while in custody.
Knight was charged with attempted murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury — all felonies.
On January 29, 2015, Knight was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run incident that left one man dead and another hospitalized in Compton, California. Knight turned himself in to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department police early the next morning and was arrested on suspicion of murder.
According to the LA Times, the $2.2-million bail for former rap music mogul Suge Knight has been revoked, attorney James E. Blatt told the Los Angeles Times.
