    From The Associated Press:

“A person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press that Manning will take a $4 million pay cut, from $19 million to $15 million, but that he can make it all back through performance incentives. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because there was no official announcement of the deal.”

Manning will have to pass a physical exam, which he is expected to take within 24 hours, ESPN reported. After that, he will sign the contract.

The contract includes incentives that could take it back to $19 million — $2 million for winning the AFC Championship Game and $2 million for winning the Super Bowl.
