Panama City Beach To Ban Spring Break Forever After Gang-Rape In Broad Daylight

    PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida — VIDEO ATTACHED — The Spring Break destination has voted to spend more money on security after the City’s Officials just can’t seem to control the annual surge of drunk college students.

    Next month, the city council will most likely vote on whether to permanently ban drinking on the beach…  which would surely force college kids to spend Spring Break elsewhere. Yep. No booze on the beach.

    The city has already banned alcohol on their beaches for the remainder of this year’s Spring Break period. Many businesses have complained about the ban as it’s costing them a lot of money.

    Panama City Beach is known as “The Spring Break Capital of the World,” due to about 100,000+ college and high school students who flock to the city during March and April.

    The desperate move comes after seven people were shot at a house party in PCB this year. Most recently, a teen girl was gang-raped in broad daylight while hundreds stood watching:

    Ryan Calhoun and Delonte Martistee, students at Troy University, were arrested and charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators, according to a statement from the Bay County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office.

    Panama City Beach is a city in Bay County, Florida, United States, on the Gulf of Mexico coast. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 12,018.
