Delaware County, Pa. GLENOLDEN — — An off-duty, 26-year-old Officer for the Darby Borough Police was found shot in the chest inside his home Saturday. He has since died from his injuries.
Police are investigating and still at his home searching for clues. His name has not been released.
It’s not clear if any arrests have been made.

“Neighbors say he lived in the home with his girlfriend and there were ongoing domestic problems.
They even saw Darby Township police respond to the residence in the past.
Sources tell Action News that the officer’s girlfriend was inside the home when he was shot.”
Glenolden is a borough in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 7,476 at the 2000 census.
