Sapulpa, Oklahoma– Christopher Whinery, 29, killed his girlfriend’s 3-year-old boy.
According to KJRH, paramedics were called to the home and found 3-year-old Jason White unresponsive.
Whinery allegedly claimed the boy was hurt when he fell from a bed.
However, the hospital notified police that White’s injuries were inconsistent with Whinery’s story.
Hospital officials told police that White had blunt force trauma to the head and was shaken.
White was hospitalized, but later died.
Whinery is charged with first-degree murder.
