On Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at approximately 6:30 pm, the victim, a 12-year-old girl, was walking in the vicinity of East Tremont Avenue and Southern Boulevard when the suspect walked up to her, grabbed her arm and said that he would kill her if she screamed.
The victim complied and the suspect forced her first to 901 East 179 Street and attempted to enter the building. With the door locked, the suspect then forced the victim to 915 East 179 Street.
There, he was also unsuccessful. He then forced the victim to an alley on the side of 2064 Daly Avenue where he raped her. The victim then fled the alley with the suspect running in the opposite direction. $12,000 REWARD OFFERED! CALL 800-577-TIPS WITH INFORMATION
