Anastasia Massey, 27, was shot after dropping her children off at school Wednesday morning in Queens.
The victim’s husband, said he heard gunshots around 8:30 a.m. He found his wife shot in the hallway of their apartment building on Horace Harding Expressway, sources told CBS New York.
Massey, who was six months pregnant, died at a hospital.
Officials say the baby girl was born alive but later died.
Police are investigating. No arrests have been made.
