A recent FTC lawsuit says that Straight Talk, Net10, Simple Mobile, and Telcel America advertised unlimited data plans, but then slowed or cut off service for some customers. The company that owns these brands, TracFone Wireless, has agreed to settle charges that its “unlimited” data claims were misleading.
