The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating NYPD Police Officer Elisha Duncan. Police Officer Duncan’s last contact was with a family member on Wednesday November 5, 2014. Officer Duncan is a 46 year old male who is approximately 5’5″ in height, weighs 175 lbs. and has brown eyes. Officer Duncan drives a black, 2014 Nissan Maxima, with NY license plate DKD1144.
