Manatee County, FLORIDA — Bradenton — 12-year-old Lagvins Germeil has difficulty communicating and has been described as autistic, deputies said.
He wandered away about 5 p.m. while being watched by a stepsister at 5726 Seventh St. E. in Bradenton, deputies said. She went inside the house and when she returned Lagvins was gone.
