Mohammad al Momani has announced: “Jordan is ready to release prisoner Sajida al Rishawi if the Jordanian pilot Lieutenant Muath al Kasaesbeh was released and his life spared.”

Mu’ath al-Kaseasbeh, the pilot, and Japanese hostage Kenji Goto have been threatened with execution unless the Jordanian government frees the Iraqi terrorist.

Al-Rishawi was sentenced to death in Jordan for her involvement in a 2005 terrorist attack by Al Qaeda on hotels in Amman that killed 60 people.

Goto was not mentioned in the announcement.
