Surveillance video shows a gunman on a bicycle open fire on two males standing on a street corner in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.
A teenager, identified by 6ABC as 17-year-old Eric Ramons, was shot multiple times in his head face and torso, he has since died from his injuries.
The shooting occurred around 11:00 a.m. Thursday.
No arrests have been made. This story is developing.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
