DUNCANVILLE, Texas —3300 block/Duncanville Road — SWAT has surrounded the business and a standoff is underway.
Multiple police vehicles have circled a car in which a person refuses to exit.
It’s unclear if the person inside is armed, but authorities have been able to communicate with the individual, according to WFAA.
