Around 200 people gathered outside the federal courthouse in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon, LANow reports. This is the third day of protests against #Ferguson grand jury’s decision. As of this time, a large group has gathered outside the LAPD Headquarters.
At approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday, the LAPD went on citywide tactical alert on a third day of disruptive protest activity in the city.
