Carla Norde, of Southwest D.C., is on administrative leave after she was found with a student, who goes to Eastern High School.
The couple were spotted in an alley in Deanwood Tuesday night, police say.
The female victim is a special needs student, her legal guardian said.
“I’m just really disturbed, disgusted,” she said. “I’m disappointed in D.C. Public Schools myself.”
The victim told investigators she and Norde are in a relationship and Norde is her girlfriend, according to court documents. She said they engaged in sexual acts about twice a week
Norde and the student were engaged in a sex act when they were found.
