40-year-old Megan Huntsman is to be sentenced to 15-years-to-life prison terms concurrently… Meaning likely 20-years to life.

Huntsman was charged with six counts of first-degree felony murder. All the victims were newborns.

Officers responded to a call from Huntsman’s estranged husband in April of 2014 about a dead infant at the home about 35 miles south of Salt Lake City.

Officers then discovered the six other bodies inside boxes in a garage.

From The Salt Lake Tribune: Huntsman killed the six infants shortly after birth, by either choking or smothering them, during the period from Jan. 1, 1996, to Dec. 31, 2006. She claims that a seventh child, whose body also was found in the garage, was stillborn.
