WOODBRIDGE, Virginia — The unnamed 17-year-old, a student at Osborne Park High School, is accused of helping an older teenager travel to Syria to join the Islamic State.
The second teen, who left the country for Syria, is facing indictment in this case, but it’s not clear where he is, NBC Washington reported.
The 17-year-old in custody is being held at an undisclosed location.
