Action News reported the woman was found with stabbed in her rib cage and thigh.
Someone passing by spotted the victim, a white female, 35-40 years old.
Police sources say they found a homeless man near the woman’s body but it appears that he didn’t know that she was dead.
He was brought in for questioning.
In another strange twist, family members of a South Philadelphia woman who has been missing for several days, just happened to be in the nearby shopping center. They walked over when they saw the scene and showed investigators a picture of their missing loved one and her tattoos.
The family members of the missing woman were brought to police headquarters for questioning as well. The incident remains under investigation. WPVI-TV
