The LAPD says three people were arrested in downtown L.A. following overnight protests over a grand jury’s decision in the fatal police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson.
The Los Angeles Police Department lifted its tactical alert overnight, but has gone back on alert today.
Demonstrations are planned for Tuesday afternoon across Los Angeles, including one on the USC campus.
