An 8-year-old child has been shot on the Northwest side of the city.
The child was reportedly shot in the arm and rushed to the hospital. At last check, listed as stable. Few details about the shooting were available.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made, according to CBS4Indy.
Indianapolis is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Indiana, and also the county seat of Marion County.
