BUFFALO, NY- Some areas have seen 60 inches of snow, forecasts predict up to 90 inches.
At least 4 people have been killed in the storm.
One of the storm-related deaths was a vehicle accident, said Peter Anderson, a county executive.

The snow left many people stranded in cars & turned roadways into parking lots. The storm even forced some emergency responders to rely on snowmobiles provided by volunteers.
It blanketed the area at a rate of 3 to 5 inches in one hour.
