Houston, TEXAS — AMBER ALERT — Police are looking for an endangered missing child. The 11-year-old Hispanic male child, Javier Christian Chapa, Jr., was last seen around 9am on Saturday, in the backyard of his grandparents in Oyster Creek in Brazoria County.
He was last seen wearing a navy blue hoodie jacket, blue jeans and dark colored shoes. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say he is believed to be with his non-custodial father, Javier Chapa, Sr., who has felony warrants pending (Richwood PD Texas), and is a known drug user.
The suspect is Hispanic male and does not have a known vehicle.
