Minnesota — The 13 year-old suspect showed a list of names to a 12-year-old boy and said, “This is a list of people I want to kill. Your name is in the middle of it.”

The 12-year-old told his mother, who reported it to school officials.

The 13-year-old told the school he made the list on his iPad, but he has since deleted the file with the names, authorities say.

The boy was arrested Tuesday and charged with making terroristic threats, a felony, and a misdemeanor charge of fifth degree assault, authorities say.

The iPad is being examined by investigators.
