@6ABC is reporting that police have charged Michael Pavelek, 65, from Western Pennsylvania after he kicked a 102-year-old woman in the shin when he was visiting his mother at the Jameson Care Nursing Home.
Police say Pavelek was walking his mother down the hall and became annoyed when the 102-year-old woman began following them. They say Pavelek kicked the woman’s shin, cutting her, then kicked the woman again as the nurse tried to pull him away.
Pavelek doesn’t have an attorney listed in court records and didn’t answer his phone Friday.
