19 year-old Brandon Hinck posted a shirtless photo of himself on Craigslist seeking a sexual encounter. Dave Sero, 46, was vacationing in South Florida from Washington and answered the ad and the two agreed to meet at a gas station.
They had lunch and went back to the suspect’s hotel where they agreed to have sex. At some point, while the victim was nude on the bed, Hinck started stabbing him.
The victim ran to an elevator where he collapsed and was found by hotel employees who called for help. The suspect ran into the lobby and told the front desk employee that he had just stabbed a man.
