LONDON– Prosecutors say the men were inspired by a speech from Islamic terror group ISIS, in which they called for beheadings of “disbelievers.”

Nadir Sayed, 21; Yousaf Syed, 19, and Haseeb Hamayoon, 27, were charged Thursday with preparing acts of terrorism, according to London’s Metropolitan Police.

The Prosecutor says the men planned to behead a member of the public with knives.

The suspects were arrested November 6th. Armed police, whom are rarely deployed in the UK,  took part in three of the four arrests, though no shots were fired, police said.
